We offer both application and thechnical support for our range of different software. For your convenience and ease of mind we recommend you to have an agreement for update and support.
An Update and Support Agreement entitles you to:
- Administrator support regarding handling problems within the program free of charge.
- Right to download the latest version of the program, within the same functional level, from the Internet free of charge.
- Discount on the cost of labour if a visit is needed by one of our application engineers at your side.
On login, access will be given to the latest version of our software, e.g. Largo Synergy M3 or LargoMatch 2000. The system administrator will be automatically informed as soon as a new Version is released, together with documentation about added functions.
We also have the possibility to offer help and training in the different ways of preparing colour calibration databases for match prediction. Our application engineers can come to your site or we can support via phone, mail or “hands on” over the Internet.
